Newest standalone McCafé location is a first for Québec and Canadian airports
MONTRÉAL – July 18, 2023 – McDonald’s Canada is brewing up something new for travellers this summer as its new standalone McCafé® opens today at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. The first-ever McCafé in a Canadian airport is located in front of Gate 50, near the international departures entrance and is accessible for domestic and international travellers alike.
The newly unveiled McCafé location features a selection of classic favourites and enticing new menu additions. Guests can treat themselves to items they already love, including the iconic Egg McMuffin®, Premium Roast McCafé coffee and espresso-based beverages made with 100% Arabica beans from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms, roasted in Canada, and even creamy vanilla soft serve or Triple Thick Milkshakes. The menu also offers new, exclusive craveable options to fit travellers’ tastes almost any time of day, like freshly made-in-house bistro sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, mini hashbrown bites, grilled cheese sandwiches and pastries.
Open daily from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m., this McCafé features self-ordering kiosks and a comfortable sit-and-sip area for a quality experience whether travellers stay or go.
Restaurant industry veteran and McDonald’s Franchisee François Nolin will be overseeing operations of the first McCafé standalone concept in his home province.
