The Toronto Police Service is seeking information from the public in a Fail to Remain – Personal Injury Collision.

On Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at approximately 11:15 p.m., a collision took place between two motor vehicles and a pedestrian on Kingston Road at Midland Avenue.
It is reported that:
a black sedan was heading westbound on Kingston Road
a white SUV was heading northbound on Midland Avenue
the two vehicles collided within the intersection
the black sedan continued westbound on Kingston Road and struck a 22-year-old pedestrian who was crossing Kingston Road at the intersection
the black sedan fled the scene
the pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local trauma centre
The investigation is ongoing by members of Traffic Services.

Police are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
