High Risk Offender Wanted in Fail to Comply Investigation, Kipling Avenue and Dixon Road area, Image Released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a high-risk offender wanted in a Fail to Comply investigation.
It is alleged that:
on Friday, April 12, 2024, a man was released from a correctional facility with a number of conditions
on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the man failed to report to the officer in charge, in breach of his conditions
the man was not found at the residence where he was supposed to reside in the Kipling Avenue and Dixon Road area, in breach of his conditions
Chase Alexander Spence, 30, of Toronto, is currently wanted on a Warrant in the 1st for:
three counts Breach of Recognizance
He has an extensive history of violent offences, including Robbery, Aggravated Assault, and Assault Cause Bodily Harm.
The man is described as 5’9″, approximately 110 lbs, thin build, black dreadlocks and brown eyes.
