Suspect Sought in Assault Investigation, Steeles Avenue West and Northwest Gate area, Images Released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect in an assault investigation.
It is reported that on Friday, March 22, 2024:
a man boarded a TTC Bus in the Steeles Avenue West and Northwest Gate area
while on board the bus, unprovoked, he assaulted the victim
the man fled the area
the victim sustained minor injuries
The man is described as approximately 30 years-old, 5’0″, with a medium build and black hair. He was wearing a gray and black jacket, black pants, white shoes and a white and gray scarf.
