Following an investigation into suspected cheating at a Toronto casino, five individuals are now facing charges, according to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Investigation and Enforcement Bureau (IEB).
The investigation, initiated on March 18, was prompted by reports alleging collusion between a table games dealer and patrons at the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto.
As a result of the inquiry, authorities have charged Tajveer Kour, 21, from Brampton, along with Yakshu Nehra, 23, Himanshu Tanwar, 25, Parkh Raheja, 25, and Anagha Varghese, 21, all residents of Etobicoke.
The accused individuals collectively face 19 charges, including criminal breach of trust, cheating at play, theft over/under $5,000, and fraud over/under $5,000.

All defendants have been released from custody, with court appearances scheduled for later dates.
Opened last year, the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto is situated adjacent to the Woodbine Racetrack in Etobicoke.
