- The primary reason cited for seeking a new position is a higher salary, mentioned by 47% of respondents.
- Other factors include more advancement opportunities (32%), better perks and benefits (31%), and increased flexibility (32%).

- Hiring now takes longer than a year ago, according to 64% of hiring managers, who fear losing skilled candidates to competitors if the hiring process isn’t expedited.
