- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, roasted and ground
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough by mixing rice flour with hot water until it forms a smooth, pliable dough.
- For the filling, mix the grated jaggery with the ground sesame seeds.
- Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center and shape the dough into a dumpling, sealing the edges.
- Steam the dumplings for about 10-15 minutes until they are cooked through.
