Ingredients for Dough:

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • Hot water, as needed

Ingredients for Filling:

  • 1 cup jaggery, grated
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds, roasted and ground

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing rice flour with hot water until it forms a smooth, pliable dough.
  2. For the filling, mix the grated jaggery with the ground sesame seeds.
  3. Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center and shape the dough into a dumpling, sealing the edges.
  4. Steam the dumplings for about 10-15 minutes until they are cooked through.
  5. Serve warm.
