Celestial Delights: Eclipse Sugar Cookies

Eclipse Cookies:

Ingredients:

• Sugar cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
• Black icing or black frosting

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified in your sugar cookie recipe or on the store-bought dough packaging.
2. Roll out the cookie dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
3. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough.
4. Place the cookie dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the cookies according to your recipe’s instructions, until they are golden brown.
6. Allow the cookies to cool completely.
7. Once cooled, use black icing or frosting to create a crescent moon shape on one side of each cookie, and a smaller circle on the other side to represent the eclipse.
