Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast or tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons green curry paste
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, bamboo shoots, and Thai eggplant)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fresh basil leaves and sliced red chili for garnish

Instructions:
