  1. Prepare the Meat Sauce:
    • In a large skillet or saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
    • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
    • Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer the sauce for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Filling:
    • In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Assemble the Lasagne:

    • Finish with a final layer of noodles, the remaining meat sauce, and the remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Bake:
    • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the lasagne is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown on top.
  5. Serve:
