Peel Regional Police Promote Crime Prevention Academy
Peel – The Peel Regional Police Crime Prevention Bureau is proud to offer a comprehensive learning session for interested community members. The Crime Prevention Academy is open to persons 16 years and older who either live or work in the Region of Peel.
The academy is delivered over four consecutive week nights and will teach attendees how to keep themselves, their loved ones, and their property safe.
The academy is free of charge. Seating is limited and will be awarded on a first-come/first-serve basis. A certificate of achievement will be presented at the completion of all four sessions.

Crime Prevention Introduction
Police Communications
Home Security
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)
Personal safety
Counterfeit Detection
Neighbourhood Watch.
Vehicle Related Crime and Safety
Media Distraction.
