Punjabi Lassi:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4-5 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Saffron strands (optional)
- Crushed pistachios and almonds for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- If using saffron, soak a few strands in warm milk for a few minutes and then add to the blender.
- Pour the lassi into serving glasses.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios and almonds.
- Serve chilled.
