Ingredients:
- 500g dried beef or pork, rehydrated and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4-5 dry red chilies, broken into pieces
- 1 cup radishes, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent.
- Add the rehydrated meat and red chilies, and cook on high heat until the meat is browned.
- Add radishes, salt, and a little water. Cover and simmer until the radishes are tender and the flavors are well blended, about 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or as part of a traditional Bhutanese meal.
