Ingredients:
- 500g shark meat, cleaned and boiled
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Instructions:
- After boiling, shred the shark meat finely.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the shredded shark meat, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until the mixture is dry and well combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or roti.
