Brand new residential condominium will make a statement in Emerald City
The highly successful master-planned Emerald City community at North York’s Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue East intersection continues to breathe new life into the area. ELAD Canada has announced that the newest condominium, The Point – the eighth tower in the master-planned community – will become available for sale this summer.
The Point follows hot on the heels of incredibly successful Blocks A (three completed, occupied residences), B (three towers under construction), and The Peak, the first and tallest condominium in Block C. Like its predecessors, The Point will place residents steps to Emerald City’s completed Parkway Forest Community Centre. Among the Community Centre’s highlights are a green roof, teaching garden, full-size gymnasium, running track, commercial teaching kitchen, youth lounge, YMCA-run daycare, plus the newly opened, 5,000 square-foot aquatic centre with a pool and incredible change rooms.
In the midst of it all, The Point will add another landmark tower to the mix, with an elegant exterior by WZMH Architects, which has been involved in the community design from the beginning. The Point’s proposed 279 suites will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts – perfect for everyone from single professionals to families with children and empty-nesters.
