Coconut Sambol (Pol Sambola):
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly grated coconut
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Adjust salt and lime juice according to taste.
